This page has been created to share with you my personal journey that I started this year to get healthier! I turned 50 this year and decided enough was enough. So In January I started replacing my breakfast with a plant-based protein shake and actually lost a few pounds. But, that wasn’t enough. I wanted to get serious about not only losing weight but also getting off of blood pressure meds and hopefully cholesterol meds that I had been on for years. I had been using Arbonne skincare products and loved them, as they quickly cleared up the rosacea that I fought with for a long time. More about that later. So I decided to give the 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge a try in May. This detox was the best kickstart I’ve ever given my body and the best decision I’ve ever made! I lost 10 pounds that month but really felt so much better. I didn’t need an afternoon nap, I stopped drinking 4 cups of sugar-ladened coffee a day, my skin looked better and I just had so much more energy. So with this blog, I hope to share my journey with you and maybe you’ll be inspired to do the same!
